A dashboard visualization in Looker Studio to monitor the remaining time (elapse time) and status of the active maintenance rental contract duration. The information displayed includes contract status, total expiring units, status per CS, total amount per CS, as well as contract and unit details. In addition to monitoring the remaining time and status in the form of a dashboard, reminders are also created using Apps Scripts on Google Spreadsheet data sets that will be automatically sent to the destination email when the remaining time of a contract has reached a certain duration/time, in this case 3 months, 1 month, and 2 weeks. Visualization is also made to display macro indicator data in the form of ups and downs of the rupiah exchange rate and world mining mineral prices in real time (updates automatically).
